Hotel Day:
The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM.
If you wish to extend your stay, please notify the reception desk by 9:00 AM on the day your room rental period expires.
Upon entering your room, please insert the key card into the slot next to the door to activate the electricity.
Please remember to take the card with you when leaving the room.

At the reception desk, you can also order a wake-up call or a taxi.

Parking:
The hotel offers a closed but unguarded parking area for hotel guests, at a rate of 25 PLN per car per day.

Housekeeping:
Room cleaning service is provided daily between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Restaurant:
The restaurant accepts à la carte orders until 9:30 PM.
Breakfast is served buffet-style or as a plated meal from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
For guests departing early in the morning, we can prepare breakfast packages.
To receive a package, please notify reception by 6:00 PM the previous day.
For a second breakfast, we offer a Lunch Package (35 PLN). Please place your order with the breakfast staff.
Dinner (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) is served buffet-style or plated. Hot and cold drinks (except mineral water) are charged extra.

Room Service:
During restaurant opening hours, we offer room service.
The fee is 50% of the order cost, with a minimum charge of 50 PLN.
Orders can be placed in person at the restaurant or by phone at extension 160.

Technical Service:
The maintenance department operates:
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We check the hotel’s technical condition daily to ensure your stay is trouble-free.
Please report any issues or malfunctions to the reception staff.
All problems will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Wellness Zone:
Swimming pool, jacuzzi (Monday–Thursday; Saturday–Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Friday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
Saunas (Finnish, herbal, Roman from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
Tepidarium
Outdoor jacuzzi on the sun terrace with a bottle of sparkling wine (exclusive use, with prior reservation) – 250 PLN / 60-minute session between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

SAUNAS:
At Dziki Potok Conference & SPA ***, we offer the following saunas:
Biosauna – temperature ranges from 65°C to 75°C
Finnish dry sauna – temperature ranges from 75°C to 90°C
Roman steam bath – temperature ranges from 35°C to 45°C, humidity 100%.

SPA REGULATIONS:
The Wellness Department of the DZIKI POTOK Hotel kindly asks for your cooperation in observing these regulations, which are designed to ensure peace and safety for all our guests during their stay.
1. SPA treatments are available to both hotel guests and outside visitors.
2. Each person wishing to use the SPA services should read and comply with the SPA Regulations, displayed near the treatment rooms.
3. The SPA treatment rooms are open during the hours specified in the price list.
4. The SPA is a place of relaxation and tranquility; please behave respectfully and do not disturb other guests.
5. Only adults may use the SPA services.
6. Please arrive for your SPA treatments 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment duration.
7. Reservations are valid for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. In case of delays exceeding 15 minutes, the SPA reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
8. In the event of a no-show for a reserved SPA treatment (without cancellation at least 4 hours in advance), a fee of 30% of the service value will be charged.
9. SPA staff reserve the right to discontinue a treatment if a guest behaves inappropriately for the setting (e.g., aggression, suspected alcohol consumption, etc.).
10. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances will not be allowed to undergo treatments.
11. Any complaints or grievances should be reported to the Hotel Management.
12. All persons using SPA services are required to comply with these regulations.
