Booking conditions:
To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required within 48 hours of booking. The remaining balance is to be settled on the day of arrival.
By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the client confirms they have read and accepted all information provided in the package description.
Failure to use any of the services during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not entitle the guest to any refund.
